SynergenX and Low T Centers is seeking a part time Telemedicine Provider to treat patients remotely in the State of Arkansas . Must be licensed in Arkansas with active DEA in Arkansas as well! This is a fully remote position. Patients will be seen in Central Standard time zone.
SynergenX and Low T Center are health clinics dedicated to improving mens' health and quality of life through hormone replacement therapy for Men (self-inject) and weight management programs. We are currently seeking a certified Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to serve as a mid-level provider to deliver quality care specifically for HRT for men and women 3 days a week Wednesday to Friday required!
